Want to see if God has a sense of humour? Just Make Plans!
I was planning on traveling the world teaching Bikram Yoga and now I’m home in Ohio. I traveled to other side of the world just to come again πŸ™‚ Luckily, I like a good laugh so I’m not mad at God.
I’m not your typical 30 year old (or maybe I am and don’t want to admit it – you be the judge). I’m natural, love making my own hair products, a bikram yoga teacher and adjusting to supporting myself as a yoga teacher. Follow me as I navigate being nappy, sweaty and broke.

Are you thinking about training? If so, feel free to contact me with any questions – I’m always here! Hope NYC is treating you well! Give the city a big kiss for me! xx

      • If you click on that link, I have laid out the rules. Basically it’s a getting to know you exercise. I look forward to reading your response!

  2. Hi!

I loved bikram yoga last year when I was taking classes consistently but then I fell off. I want to get back into taking classes everyday but without sacrificing my natural hair as I really want it to grow out. I was wondering if you could walk me through your process of taking care of your hair while taking classes? and what your weekly routine was. Thank you!

    • Hi there! Sorry for the delay in response! I’d be happy to share my process of taking care of my hair. I’ll make a post and post it this week! Are you still practicing again?
